Rocky the Dog needs a home
Meet Rocky! This affectionate Great Pyrenees mix was born around 4/4/2015. He is super gentle with children, and loves being by your side every moment you’re home.
When he was picked up at the shelter, he got in the car and laid down right away. Within an hour of getting home, he was playing with the family, flopping on his back for belly rubs, coming to his new people for head scratches, and showing off his ever-wagging tail.
He is house trained, leash trained, and doggy door trained. He knows the commands for sit, down, come, wait and of course “belly!”
He loves car rides and going for walks to meet new people. He gets along well with other dogs and is nice to cats. He’s not a big barker, but when he does, it is an impressive deep bellow.
SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere.
